• Donor profile and qualification analysis
• Cultivation steps, including timeline and roles for others (on your team or on donor's team)
  
• Elements of your case for support to present to the donor
  
• Specific ask of the donor
  
• Piece to be provided to the donor, if applicable
  
• Anticipated objections and alternative options
