Whether you are a staff person or a volunteer peer, it can be frustrating and counterproductive to ignore dysfunction on your board of directors. In this session, we’ll discuss the troublesome board member archetypes and how to identify champions of change, manage the change process, and gracefully “fire” a volunteer when needed.
